Her articles on diversity recruiting strategies have appeared over 100 publications and web sites, including: Monster.com, Society for Human Resource Management Workplace Diversity Guide and Cultural Diversity At Work. Her diversity recruiting workshops have been attended by human resource professionals from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and institutions of higher learning.

Grant Ingle

has served as director of the Office of Human Relations at the University of Massachusetts Amherst for sixteen years and for seven years was a member of the campuswide team that coordinates the Community, Diversity, and Social Justice Initiative. Chris is our global diversity and immigration commentator. Though his roots are in technology leadership, working on key projects within companies like Microsoft, Associated Press and Thompson Publishing, he has work focused on diversity staffing issues for over five years. Having worked in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America and being able to speak English, Italian and Spanish gives him some interesting perspectives on global diversity issues.
